1. Service

FLDBA.com provides private administrative filing assistance for Florida fictitious-name registrations. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Florida Department of State, Sunbiz, or any other government office.

2. Customer information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. We may contact you if information is incomplete, inconsistent or requires clarification.

3. Government filing

Our service does not guarantee acceptance of a filing when information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, legally deficient or otherwise does not satisfy applicable requirements. The Florida Division of Corporations controls acceptance of state filings.

4. Publication

Our advertised $249 package includes the Florida state fictitious-name registration fee and newspaper publication fee under the service terms stated on the website. Publication is subject to applicable requirements and newspaper availability.

5. No legal or tax advice

FLDBA.com provides administrative filing services and does not provide legal, tax, accounting or trademark advice.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. The customer is responsible for reviewing transaction details before completing payment.
