Refund policy
What the $249 covers
The $249 price includes our filing service, the $50 Florida fictitious name registration fee and the newspaper notice. Because work can start soon after payment, refunds depend on how far your order has progressed.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we have placed your newspaper notice or submitted your filing, contact us promptly. Where no work or third-party cost has been incurred, we may refund your payment less any non-recoverable payment processing charges.
After work begins
Once a newspaper notice has been placed or paid for, or your registration has been submitted, those amounts may be non-refundable. The state treats its $50 fee as non-refundable once filed. If a filing is rejected because of an error on our part, we will work with you to correct it.
Information you provide
We are not responsible for costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer.
