1. Our service
FLDBA.com provides private administrative filing assistance for Florida fictitious name registrations. We are not a government agency or a law firm, and we are not affiliated with the Florida Department of State, the Division of Corporations, Sunbiz or any other government office. You may file a fictitious name registration directly with the state.
2. Your information
You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate information. We may contact you if information is incomplete, inconsistent or needs clarification, and we may pause work until it's resolved.
3. State filing
The Florida Division of Corporations decides whether a filing is accepted. We can't guarantee acceptance where the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or doesn't meet legal requirements. Registration of a fictitious name does not reserve the name or give you rights to it.
4. Newspaper notice
The $249 price includes the Florida fictitious name registration fee and the newspaper notice in the county of your principal place of business. Publication depends on the newspaper's requirements and schedule. If an order involves an unusual publication charge, we will contact you before proceeding.
5. No legal or tax advice
We provide administrative filing services only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or trademark advice.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal. Work begins after payment is received. Please review the transaction details before you pay.
