Florida public records
Information submitted on a fictitious name registration becomes public record and is published by the Florida Division of Corporations on Sunbiz. Newspaper notices are also public. We don't control what the state or newspapers publish.
Service providers
Order forms are delivered through a third-party form service and email. Payments are processed by PayPal. Newspapers receive the details needed to publish your notice. These providers handle information under their own policies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
