Service fees and government fees

The $249 package includes administrative filing service, the Florida fictitious-name registration fee and newspaper publication fee. Because work may begin immediately after an order is submitted, refunds are handled based on the stage of processing.

Before work begins

If you request cancellation before we begin preparing or submitting your order, contact us promptly. Where no work or third-party expense has been incurred, we may issue a refund less any non-recoverable payment-processing charges, if applicable.

After preparation, submission or publication

Once filing preparation, state submission, newspaper publication or another third-party service has begun or been paid for, those amounts may be non-refundable. If a government filing is rejected due to an error caused by our service, we will work with you to correct the filing where reasonably possible.

Customer-provided information

We are not responsible for costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer.
